Miloje Marković

Miloje Markovic was born in Sabac on 26 February 1947. He studied painting, which he has been professionally doing since 1974, with Nadezda Fotic, after the model of old masters. He is a member of ULUS, Association of Serbian Artists.

He is the founder of the Gallery "Kraj Zeravije", the first one in Vuk's Trsic. His paintings are found in museums all over Yugoslavia, as well as in private collections in the country and abroad.

Study trips: England, France, Germany. Participated at art colonies: "Pokajnica", Velika Plana (1994,1998), "Misarska kolonija", Sabac 2000), and Guca (2000).

Exhibited at over 100 joint exhibitions in the country and abroad. About the artist the documentary film "The Reality of Illusion of the Painter Miloje Markovic" was made; screenplay by Sreto Bocnjak, directed by Miomir Miki Stamenkovic.
